Evolutionary Variation of Accumulative Day Length and Accumulative Active Temperature Required for Growth Periods in Global Soybeans

چکیده

Soybean (Glycine max (L.) Merr.) is a typical short-day and thermophilic crop. This study aimed to reveal the required accumulative day length (ADL) active temperature (AAT) for DSF (days of sowing flowering) DFM flowering maturity) in global soybeans. A sample consisted 354 varieties from 27 countries five geographic regions, which were tested Nanjing, China two spring-sowing summer-sowing seasons. The ADL AAT calculated climatological data provided by Public Service Nanjing Meteorological Bureau. results showed that average soybeans 41.0 d 83.3 d, ADLDSF 606.6 d·h AATDSF 1185.9 d·°C, ADLDFM 1126.7 AATDFM 2145.1 respectively, all with wide variation among/within MG(maturity-group)-set subpopulations. From multiple regression on AAT, ADL, ADL×AAT contributed 38.5%, 44.79% 17.10% 86.98%, 11.42% 0.54% variation, their relative importance varied among MG subpopulations matched only partially genomic marker clusters, indicating genetic sources each subpopulation exchange happened

Relating Accumulative and Non-accumulative Functional Programs

A. Middeldorp (Ed.): Rewriting Techniques and Applications. Proceedings. LNCS 2051, pp. 154–168, 2001. c © Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg 2001 Abstract. We study the problem to transform functional programs, which intensively use append functions (like inefficient list reversal), into programs, which use accumulating parameters instead (like efficient list reversal). We give an (automatic) t...

Chimpanzee accumulative stone throwing

The study of the archaeological remains of fossil hominins must rely on reconstructions to elucidate the behaviour that may have resulted in particular stone tools and their accumulation. Comparatively, stone tool use among living primates has illuminated behaviours that are also amenable to archaeological examination, permitting direct observations of the behaviour leading to artefacts and the...

Accumulative eschar after burn

Eschar formation is a potential sequela of burn injuries. Definitive management may include escharectomy and eschar debridement. After eschar removal, the wound can be covered with a skin graft or reepithelialization. For prolonged refractory eschar on the fingertips, topical use of rb-bFGF after debridement can achieve an optimal outcome.

Supporting Incremental Learning with Active Accumulative and Adaptable Documentation

Acquiring knowledge about library routines is necessary for a programmer to effectively use most programming languages. Support for this learning activity is rare while the learning effort required is huge. This paper proposes a conceptual framework of a new documentation system that supports programmers to incrementally learn the use of library routines. The system draws on active information ...

An Accumulative Exploration Method for Reinforcement Learning

Agents in Multi Agent Systems can coordinate their actions by communicating. We investigate a minimal form of communication, where the signals that agents send represent evaluations of the behavior of the receiving agent. Learning to act according to these signals is a typical Reinforcement Learning problem. The backpropagation neural network has been used to predict rewards that will follow an...
